Rec Center Facility Rental Request

Please complete the following form. Staff will be in contact within 5-7 business days. Upon approval of your request, the rental fee is required to secure the use of the facility requested. All fees are due at least two weeks before your requested date and may be paid over the phone by card or a check or cash may be dropped off to the Rec Center.
